- The HS50 is a 50mm over-ear headphone transducer built for critical listening. It combines an extremely rigid beryllium-plated diaphragm with a large black CCAW 16-core voice coil and a high-strength NdFeB magnetic circuit, delivering fast transients, wide dynamic range and exceptional detail — deep, controlled bass, natural mids and crisp, extended highs.
- Thanks to its 300Ω high-impedance design, high 120dB/mW sensitivity and 200mW power handling, the HS50 is perfectly suited to premium HiFi and studio monitoring headphones when paired with dedicated amplification. The first requires a minimum order of just 2 units, selecting from our extensive range of existing materials (like building blocks). The second is a full customization requiring new molds, where the MOQ and delivery time depend on the development difficulty. We can customize coil size, diaphragm materials (such as PEEK, LCP, Titanium, CNTS), and the overall housing design.

A: For products where we already have the materials in stock, our MOQ is as low as 2 units. For most of our standard models, the MOQ is 100 pieces. Sample orders typically take 3-5 working days, while bulk production lead time is about 10-25 working days.
